Frequently asked questions
- What aircraft to you instruct in?
We specialize in the Cirrus SR 20 and SR22 but we have instructed in almost all GA aircraft in popular use.
- How long does Cirrus Transition Training take?
Transition training can be accomplished in as little as 2 days. However, this assumes good weather, pilot proficiency and other factors. We suggest planning for a minimum of 3 days and more if you desire to finish the Advanced transition syllabus
- Where are you located?
We are located in the Metro Atlanta area and our home airport is Gwinnet County airport (KLZU). However, the majority of our clients are from outside this area and we frequently travel great distances to provide flight training.
- Do you have aircraft for rent?
Not at this time. We plan to expand into rental instruction aircraft in the near future
- Are you insured?
We carry non-owner's insurance and Flight Instructor's insurance products from AOPA.
- Can you do a 7 day instrument rating in my Cirrus?
We could train you to pass the test in 7 days but we don't do a 7 day Instrument Rating program. We do offer a 14 day accelerated program for the Instrument rating and we are confident that the results are superior to any 7 day syllabus.
